1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- It must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Before returning your item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
- Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please use this label to send the item back to us. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defect).
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return label and a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale”)
- Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons
